Returns & Exchange

Every Stylleen order is covered by a 7-day exchange window, counted from the day your parcel is delivered. If the fit is not right or the piece is not what you expected, we will exchange it — no long forms, no fuss.

To qualify for an exchange, the item should be:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• Returned with its original tags and packaging

Sale items can be exchanged for a different size of the same style, subject to available stock.

Message us through the Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will arrange a courier pickup or drop-off, and dispatch your replacement as soon as the original piece reaches us and passes a quick check.

• You can swap for a different size or colour of the same item, or another item of equal value.
• A small courier charge may apply for exchange pickups outside Dhaka.
• Money-back cases (damaged, defective or out-of-stock items) are handled under our Refund Policy.
